Also, please check all charges before ordering. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped (in most cases within 2 business days after the payment),. All orders will include tracking number through the service that the item was shipped.
For Domestic Shipments
We use courier service for domestic shipments. Please expect delivery within 5-7 days from the time your payment has been received.
For International Shipments:
When shipping internationally, orders are sent either via courier service or via Australia Post International service. Be aware that our prices do not include any custom charges nor stamp duties for your country. Please check charges before ordering.
The courier service or Australia Post International service will only ship to your country's mail service. At that point, your items may go directly to you, or they may be held up in customs or through delays in your country's mail system.
We will include a customs form with an accurate description of the included items and their values. Please don't ask us to mark your items as gifts, samples or such, since this would be asking us to break the law and we won't do it.

100Knots® is the sole owner of the information taken through our website. Information is collected for the purpose of completing your purchase through the checkout process, contacting you about your order, and contacting you in case of a product recall.
Any personal information you provide to us on our website when you shop online is maintained in our internal systems private files. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
If you are visiting www.100knots.com.au from a location outside of Australia, you will be connected through to servers located within USA and Australia. All orders to 100Knots will be accepted and fully processed in and shipped from Australia.

As customers provide us with their contact information we choose to use it with utmost respect. We might use this information only to contact the costumer in order to complete sales or promote our new products. We will never sell or rent your personal information.

The security of your information is very important to us. Your credit card number and other details are safely encrypted through the Visa system. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by any unauthorised third party.
Even us at 100Knots do not have an access to these information. Namely, we are using Westpac Visa services to process all credit card payments, where you deal directly with the Westpac Banking Corporation. Your credit card will be charged immediately once you confirm your purchase by pressing the payment button. When transaction is completed, Westpac automatically transfers payment to 100Knots' account together with confirmation of successful transaction.
By using this immediate and convenient checkout system we offer you security and confidentiality in your payment because we neither see nor keep your credit card and other personal details (except for shipment address, of course).

Unavailable stock
If we find in the rare instance that we are out of stock of a particular item we will advise our clients within 2 business days from the date of their order. Then, you may choose to wait untill the new stock arrives, go with the second colour choice, or have a full refund.
Order cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If this happens, you will be notified via email or phone (whichever you supply when filling the order form in the next step), and you will get full refund within 30 days.
Changes to the Privacy Statement
The information you submit to us is controlled by the privacy policy in effect at the time you submit it. If we significantly change our policy, we will post a notice in a conspicuous place on our website notifying visitors of policy changes.
Resolving Privacy Policy Disputes

Please note that following conditions must be met when returning a product:
Return of the product has to occur within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
Send us the proof of purchase. You have received it by mail, with your product(s).
Product is in re-saleable condition with original tags and labels still attached,
Instructions are included
Product is in original packaging, and it has not been washed or soiled in any way (restocking fees will be deducted from refunds on returned products that are soiled, smelly, or washed)
We will allow either replacement of the purchased product or refund of your money. Please indicate your choice.
Money return
We will refund you money using the product's original payment method.
Product replacement
If you wish to change the model of your 100Knots® Ring Sling please return sling within 14 days of purchase, as indicated in the return policy.
Please make sure that your name, address, telephone number as well as the reason for return are included with your sling. "Return and Replacement Form" is included inside each product packaging for your convenience.
